Grace’s Legacy

Our Vision

A future where preventable blood clots are eliminated through awareness, early detection, and education-and where Grace’s legacy save lives for generations through informed and connected communities.

Our Mission

Grace’s Legacy Foundation exists to honor the life of Grace by advancing education, awareness, and early prevention of blood clots and related circulatory health conditions. We are dedicated to saving lives through community outreach, public education, advocacy, and compassionate support for individuals and families impacted by clotting disorders.

What sets our work apart is our focus on early and proactive intervention—including genetic detection and risk identification for individuals, especially children, who may be asymptomatic or not traditionally considered at risk.
