Her Light Continues to Shine.
A future where preventable blood clots are eliminated through awareness, early detection, and education-and where Grace’s legacy save lives for generations through informed and connected communities.
Grace’s Legacy Foundation exists to honor the life of Grace by advancing education, awareness, and early prevention of blood clots and related circulatory health conditions. We are dedicated to saving lives through community outreach, public education, advocacy, and compassionate support for individuals and families impacted by clotting disorders.
What sets our work apart is our focus on early and proactive intervention—including genetic detection and risk identification for individuals, especially children, who may be asymptomatic or not traditionally considered at risk.

A school-based awareness initiative dedicated to educating students, teachers, and school health staff about blood clot risks in youth and young athletes. Through age-appropriate materials, practical safety checklists, and early warning education, the program equips schools to identify symptoms early, respond confidently, and safeguard student lives.

The grant provides support for individuals and families affected by pulmonary embolism and other blood clot conditions. Grants fund mental health resources, scientific research, early detection programs, and advocacy initiatives, as well as financial assistance for families navigating the emotional and practical challenges of clot-related illness or loss.

Collaborating with physicians, genetic testing companies, and policymakers to expand access to screening for inherited clotting conditions such as Factor V Leiden and the Prothrombin Gene Mutation etc.—while empowering patients to ask informed questions and equipping clinicians with clear, patient-centered educational tools.
