Her Light Continues to Shine.
Grace’s Legacy Foundation events are designed to bring the community together in meaningful and engaging ways while advancing our mission to prevent blood clot tragedies. Through interactive experiences, education, and shared stories, these events raise awareness about the risks, signs, and prevention of blood clots—especially in young people.
Participants gain practical tools to recognize symptoms, understand personal and family risk, and take proactive steps toward early detection and prevention. Our goal is to empower individuals and families with knowledge that can save lives, while fostering connection, support, and a growing movement of advocates committed to awareness, education, and action.
